SALON & SPA POLICIES


  • SERVICES ARE PAID FOR AT CHECK-IN NO REFUNDS are given we will fix any problem



  • PLEASE CHECK YOUR HAIR before leaving salon to ensure SATISFACTION



  • We reserve the right to deny services



  • $25-$50 deposit for appointments are (non-refundable/non-transferable)



  • All appointments are allowed a 15 minute grace period 



  • We are not responsible for any tenderness or abrasions due to the installation process



  • We are not responsible for installation's DONE/REMOVED outside of salon



  • NO CHILDREN or GUEST ALLOWED UNLESS BEING SERVICED



  • ALL Spa services require a consent form to be signed



  • Please make sure to make us aware of all your ALLERGIES



  •                  If your getting sauna services please bring a fresh top & bottom
